Which of our 11 lodges is the best for you?

Come and see them for yourself, we have two different lodge designs available at Dartmouth Grove:

On the left-hand side, facing East, lodges 1 to 7 are arranged with a lounge at one end overlooking the beautiful views of the golf course. Their terraces enjoy the evening sun and they’re priced very competitively.

On the right hand side, facing west, lodges 8 - 11 are slightly longer in length. They enjoy the morning sun and feature a central lounge which, along with the two main bedrooms enjoys views across the countryside.

As standard we order a three bedroom lodge, but if you would prefer a two bedroom layout with bigger bedrooms and you reserve a lodge early, we can alter the layout for you at no extra cost.

Dartmouth Grove Remaining Properties

Tenure 

Each plot is sold on a 125-year lease, rather than a licence agreement which many other holiday lodge resorts typically provide. This offers a much greater level of security to the purchaser and forms an appreciating asset over the longer term. The lodges are sold with a £100 annual ground rent (index linked) and the ability to buy a bearer card for £275 per year (index linked) allowing all occupants of the lodge to access the indoor pool and clubhouse facilities at The Dartmouth Hotel Golf & Spa and enjoy a 25% discount on all green fees, buggy hire, spa treatments and spa purchases.

The service charge is forecast at £1500 per annum which covers site maintenance, lighting and CCTV.

The first three lodges are finished with work underway on the rest. We’d love you to stop by and take a look around the show lodges, so we’re offering an incentive to everyone who views. You can pick from either nine holes of golf for two people or a day pass for the spa for two people entirely free of charge, just for coming and having a look! On top of that if you’re coming from further afield and would like to stay at the hotel, we’ll give you 50% off our room rate.
