Each cottage can sleep up to six people, with three en-suite double bedrooms and offer a spacious living space with a contemporary, modern and tastefully furnished living room with two double sofas, armchair, flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking unit and a fully equipped and elegantly designed kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwashers, washing machine, and microwave.
The cottages are fully-furnished and you’ll have unlimited access to the Dartmouth Spa and a private parking space.

French doors lead out to the South West facing terrace area overlooking the central courtyard. All guests at benefit from free access to the Dartmouth Spa facilities (including indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi).
Booking in advance is highly recommended. Guests can enjoy reduced green fees on both the golf courses, plus access to an all-weather on-site private tennis court, and allocated free parking.
